Coaching

by Patricia Dolman

Coaching is a solution focused process that enhances your skills and abilities to cope with and manage a variety of issues and situations: Career or work issues, managing change, team development, decision making, communication and interpersonal skills.

Coaching offers the opportunity to work with an experienced practitioner to explore the issues, set achievable goals and identify and sustain manageable change.

Sessions are confidential. The coach will not act as 'expert' but facilitate you in finding a solution that best suits you and your situation.

Areas where coaching may help:

  • Changing roles at work
  • Adapting to new roles/ changes and transitions
  • Career changes
  • Interview skills / preparing for interviews
  • Confidence building
  • Enhancing organisation and time management skills
  • Making career changes or choices

  • Managing group dynamics

also planning and decision making around career and lifestyle changes
